Jeff Hokeness, Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC), has provided vocational rehabilitation services to injured workers since graduating from Minnesota State University-Mankato with a Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling in 1994. He also worked for the Social Security Administration (SSA) for 7 years as a Vocational Expert testifying in disability insurance appeals cases. He has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) since 1994, a Certified Case Manager (CCM) since 1999, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2007. Completed a 15 credit Forensic Vocational Rehabilitation post-graduate certificate program at Minnesota State University-Mankato in May 2011.

Hokeness Rehabilitation Consulting, LLC employs a staff of job development and placement personnel. Our job placement staff has many years of combined experience locating job leads for people with employment handicaps to assist them in their return to suitable gainful employment.
